For weddings, I give each of the couples i work with my full client guide, which covers everything from how to prepare their getting ready space, to how to create a timeline to how to make group photos not painful. Other than that, I am happy to offer my advice and recommendations on anything you might need but I don’t step into the shoes of planning for you at all.

Our wedding post-production process can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks during the busier, warmer season - our usual turn around is between 4-8 weeks.

Depending on how many hours you book us for - we normally deliver between 400-800 high-resolution digital images. All images are high-resolution jpeg format & can be printed as large as 12x18.

None of your images will be watermarked, however, Stacy Kenopic Photography automatically retain commercial copyright ownership of our images but you're free to print, share & use the images for your personal use. If you can't contain your love for our photos and would like to share online - we just kindly ask that you credit us. Please redirect any wedding vendors to contact us if they would like to use images for commercial, marketing or retail use.

We firmly do not give out our raw files. RAW files are unedited uncompressed files - unless you have the proper software, you won't be able to view the files. All raw files are edited before releasing to our clients.

Yes. All registered businesses in Ontario are required to charge tax.

Yes, we do. At the time of your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. This fee is than broke up into two equal payments, one due with the signed contract and the next 60 days later. The final 50% is always due 30 days before the wedding. All payments are non-refundable.

Our rebooking fee is $500. Dates will be provided to you that I am available to shoot and will do my absolute best to accommodate your new date. All payments made will be transferred to your new event date once a rebooking fee has been paid. A new job order will be opened for you and a new contract must be signed reflecting the new changes & date. All retainers & payments are final & non refundable.

I am based in Renfrew, Ontario but I’ll never say no to an adventure. I’m always down to hop on a plane to capture your love somewhere amazing. Travel fees may apply to any location outside of the Ottawa and Valley area. Feel free to message me and we can discuss what that may look like for your day.

Absolutely! Associates are for weddings on the same day I am already booked and you would like to have the same style of photography or if you are looking for a lower cost in a package I offer. Associates are always experienced, professional and insured photographers who shoot similar to me, and I will still edit the galleries to match my style. They will just be there to document your day on my behalf.

I am a photography specilist and have taken a long and dedicated path to perfecting my craft. I do however have a vast list of recommendations for videographers and would happy to share that with those who book with me!
